Job description:Business Manager - South Coast & London - Up to ?40,000 plus excellent benefits
Our client are an insurance organisation who want an experienced Business Manager to increase work volume and income by developing both new and existing relationships.
Job Role
Pro-actively work to income and volume targets to grow the business by identifying prospective new clients and building relationships with them, as well as maintaining existing clients to a high standard.
Creating business plans in order to secure new business and promote the company in order to raise market awareness.
Maintain strong relationships with all key contacts in order to maximise income opportunities by staying in constant contact.
Develop and maintain the in-house database to ensure that details of all prospective, new, existing and referred clients are stored accurately and that all market and competitor activity is recorded.
Have good working knowledge of internal business processing and systems, working with users to promote service level excellence and build working relationships with all levels of staff within the internal team.
Experience/Skills
A proven track record of account management/development and a field sales background is essential.
Experience within the Insurance / Financial Services Industry is preferred.
A great communicator with excellent negotiation and organisational skills is needed in order to be successful in this role.
