A GUIDE TO OUR SERVICESPeople often wonder what happens to their CV once they give it to an agency. Here we would like to answer questions you may have about Office Personnel and our service to you. When we receive your CV one of our trained consultants will review it to establish your skills, background and qualifications. We make every effort to respond to you within 48 hours either by telephone, email or letter. Occasionally it can take a bit longer especially during busy times such as summer holidays or the start of a new year. If we are not able to reach you within a week please drop us an email or give us a call. We pride ourselves on responding to each and every person that gives us their CV but we can only do this if you have provided us with all your contact details. Sometimes the gremlins get the emails or the post runs a little slower than normal also so please do bear that in mind! Do remember to check your emails often when you have given your CV to agencies. Email is often the quickest method of contact and many agencies use email to contact people. Once we have reviewed your CV we will endeavor to find the right job for your requirements. We deal with a broad range of clients from a variety of industries. Do remember that while we always do our best to find every person a suitable job, all clients have specific criteria for the person they employ. If we do not have a vacancy for you right away we will keep your details on our system so that if something becomes available we can get in contact with you. Don't be disheartened if there isn't a vacancy for you right away clients contact us regularly with new, exciting positions. We may ask you to come in for an interview with one of our consultants. A full interview with a consultant will take about 45-60 minutes. While it's human nature to be nervous about any interview, we are here to help you and we don't bite! You will need to bring photo ID and proof that you are eligible to work in the UK. For permanent placements you will need to give us two references from previous employers or their contact details. We will only contact them once you have received an offer of employment. For temporary placements we will need two references which we need to check before you can start your temp assignments.
